This summer, young imaginations are invited to pull up a chair at The Sherborne's Art Buffet.

Packed with colourful, reclaimed and everyday materials, the Art Buffet is an open invitation to invent, experiment and create whatever comes to mind. There are no instructions to follow and no right or wrong answers, just a table full of creative possibilities waiting to be explored.

Inspired by the art, stories and collections throughout the House, children can build curious creatures, mythical beasts, miniature worlds, flying machines, tiny theatres or entirely new inventions of their own. Every visit is different, and every creation is unique.

Whether you spend ten minutes making or stay for much longer, the Art Buffet is a relaxed, welcoming space where families can enjoy making together.

Children’s lunch boxes will be available to purchase from the bar, alongside our usual light lunch offer, coffee and teas.

Suitable for a wide range of ages, children should be accompanied by an adult throughout their visit.
