Booking Terms

All tickets and bookable events at The Sherborne are subject to the following booking terms.

Cancellations and refunds

Tickets may be cancelled for a refund up to 48 hours before the event start time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, or for non-attendance on the day.

Where possible, we may be able to transfer your booking to another person. Please contact us before the event if you would like to do this.

If The Sherborne needs to cancel or reschedule an event, ticket holders will be contacted and offered either a refund or a transfer to the new date, where applicable.

Changes to bookings

Please check your booking carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to make a change to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed, particularly within 48 hours of the event.

Arrival

Please arrive in good time before the event begins. Late admission may not always be possible and will depend on the nature of the event.

Seating

Unless otherwise stated, seating is unallocated and available on a first come, first served basis.

Accessibility

The Sherborne has disabled access. If you have any access requirements, please let us know when booking or contact us before your visit so we can support you as well as possible.

Food, drink and special requirements

For events that include food or drink, please let us know about any dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these, but late requests may not always be possible.

Event changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event details, including timings, speakers, performers, content or location within the building, where necessary.

Join us at The Sherborne for talks, performances, workshops and special events in the remarkable setting of Sherborne House. Please arrive in good time, especially for popular events, as seating is usually unallocated and offered on a first come, first served basis.

Where possible, our team will be on hand to welcome you, direct you to the event space and answer any questions.
