Our menus are led by the season and shaped by the kitchen’s inspiration, with locally sourced dishes, market-led specials and a little theatre on the plate. Think winter comforts, early greens, coastal notes, fire-kissed summer produce and deep autumn flavours rich with spice and orchard fruit.
