Validity
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Where vouchers can be used
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed across The Sherborne, including tickets and events, the café and bar, Macready’s restaurant, and purchases in the shop (where applicable).

Non-transferable / no cash alternative
Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Single transaction
The full value of the voucher must be used in one transaction. Any remaining balance cannot be refunded or carried forward.

Higher value purchases
Gift Vouchers may be used towards goods or services of a higher value on payment of the difference.

Verification
All vouchers are subject to verification at the time of redemption.

Discounts and promotions
Promotional and discounted rates do not apply to Gift Voucher purchases, including any longer-term discounts offered to groups, sponsors, staff, or volunteers.

Safekeeping
You are responsible for the safekeeping and security of your Gift Voucher.

Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions.
