Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are digital and are issued by email.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed in The Shop, Pavilion Café, Restaurant and Bar at The Sherborne.

Gift vouchers cannot currently be used online after purchase and must be redeemed in person at The Sherborne.

Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per transaction.

Gift vouchers can be used across more than one visit, with any remaining balance retained until the voucher is fully used or expires.

If the value of the purchase exceeds the remaining balance on the gift voucher, the difference can be paid by card or cash.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please keep your gift voucher email safe, as it contains the QR code required for redemption.

The Sherborne is not responsible for vouchers sent to an incorrect email address, so please check all details carefully before completing your purchase.

The Sherborne reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when required.
