Sous Chef – Join Our Kitchen Team
We’re looking for a skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our growing hospitality team at The Sherborne. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help lead day-to-day kitchen operations, deliver beautiful seasonal dishes, and play a key part in shaping our evolving food offering.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, ambitious chef who loves working with local produce, thrives in a supportive kitchen, and wants to be part of a cultural venue where food, art, and community come together.
What you’ll do:
Support kitchen leadership and lead service when required
Prepare and present high-quality, seasonal dishes
Contribute to menu development and creative food ideas
Maintain excellent kitchen standards, hygiene, and organisation
Assist with ordering, stock management, and reducing waste
Support catering for events, private dining, and seasonal feasts
